Another breakfast cookie from Aunt Julie! Our Christmas Card wall this year Spencer requested I take this photo for the blog ... I think he needs to work on his smile before it becomes a real album cover! 

Christmas Morning

Breakfast! I think the quote was actually, "That's as big as I wanted it to be. I want to eat that." Santa packaged up Bryce's requested Chocolate Chip Cookie in a large sized pizza box. I think he cooked in on a pizza stone, and it was quite delicious ... especially for a 6 am breakfast! Spencer's new drums!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The boys in action ... how convenient that we now have 2 sets of drum sticks! I'm not sure why Santa forgot our Tylenol ... 

Getting Ready For Santa

Putting out the reindeer food, which consists of glitter for the reindeer to see and oats for them to eat while Santa is busy ... Checking to make sure the flue is open ... Snack table with notes ... and a book open to a page where Santa's pants are being pulled down by a monkey. The boys think this page is so funny, so they wanted to be sure Santa laughed at this page as well! 

Only In Fremont, NH

Where else can Santa be escorted by the town fire/police department down every street in town?Spencer & Bryce are glad Santa remembers where we live! Again, only in Fremont NH, does our gingerbread house include fruit snack trucks driving to the "snowmen show" in the front yard: featuring a tamborine, banjo, and 2 snowman band. Notice the teddy graham bears in the audience. Daddy's train car and Bryce's jelly belly wood pile on the side of the house.  

Ho, Ho, Ho!

As expected, Spencer told Santa he wanted a drum set, and Bryce told Santa he wanted a chocolate chip cookie! All we need now is a little of the snow from Julie's blog ...

Over-Heard

Spencer was teaching Bryce about Santa today ... when Spence asked Bryce what he wanted Santa to bring him, Bryce said, " I want Santa bring me a chocolate cookie!"

Thanksgiving Weekend

Shawn took down his "treasure chest" from the attic at Mimi's ... his favorite Richard Scary and Smurf collections. Mimi and I are quite sure that Shawn was having more fun here than the boys! Spencer & Bryce giving us a wonderfully loud concert at Pops & Gramma B's Enjoying the Christmas Parade at Grammy & Grampa's The boy who loves firetrucks ... would you ever guess they were going by, and they really weren't loud this year!

What a beautiful fall weekend we had! The boys have definitely missed their time with Mimi ~ Bryce didn't even want to come home!

Touch a Truck Day

We went up to Portsmouth today for this special fundraiser event. The boys had a blast, even though it was a bit overwhelming and exhausting! Here is a small sampling of their pretend world ... Grampa ~ this really was Bryce's favorite! He cried when we had to let someone else drive the bus!

Sensory Overload!

Every kid in every truck was beeping the horns ... it just got to be way too much for Spencer ... This picture was not posed! So we got an ice cream (of course this truck was here!) ... ... and took a break far away from the noise and commotion (see the trucks way in the background) ... 

Touch a Truck turns to Touch an Airplane!

Our ice cream break was right up next to the Pease Airport, and as we were enjoying the quiet break, a pilot came along and asked us what was going on. We told him about the truck day, and he asked the boys if they ever got to touch an airplane! So he took us through the security gates and out to the planes! Then he decided to take us into his hanger, and let the boys get into his plane!
