Great Nana & Great Gramps visit NH

Great Nana found Bryce a new scooter at a yard sale ... he loves it! Nana is a little worried that he's just going to go flying down the walkway and driveway ... no doubt he will try it when he gets a little older! Great Gramps jamming away with Spencer! 

Bees!

This picture was taken thru the window ... not a bad shot for an amateur! We've never seen a bumble bee with this orange stripe ... anyone have any interesting info for us? Spencer & Bryce watching the bees from the living room window ... what a great way for Spencer to watch the bees without having his flying bug phobia interfere! 

Glancy Visit to NH!

No Bath Tonight!

I had already said no bath this night ... then I saw their feet!  

Happy Easter!

Bryce enjoying a chocolate egg! Great-Gramps' old popcorn popper makes a GREAT banjo! I've been corrected 2x now ... it's a bed warmer, not a popcorn popper! Fill it up with coals, then put it in your sheets. I think I need one of those! Bryce catches on quick ... loving the easter egg hunt in Great-Gramps' barn! There were enough eggs in there for at least 20 kids! We've decided Great Gramps hides sooo many so there'll be left-overs for him to sneak throughout the year!

Today I whispered to Spencer that I loved him. His response? "You don't need to tell me that anymore, I already know it." 

Brothers!

They love to make each other laugh ... it is really so much fun to watch them play together. Of course they have their moments ... Bryce is already becoming the dominant one! Tonight Bryce wouldn't go to sleep until he had a chance to "cuddle Baba", even though Spencer was already fast asleep!

Visiting Baby Michael

We stopped by the cemetary last week to see if there were any crocuses up yet at Michael's spot; Spencer was reading the sign to Bryce and Ian. It was an awesome feeling to let the kids play there, almost like they sensed a feeling of being happy to play there with Michael. 

Ian and Spencer giving a concert ... left over plastic Christmas flowers were found for their microphones, and their stage was at the base of a large Mary statue. We'll just assume they were signing prayerful songs!

We took at least 8 pictures, this was the best we could get! Bart, Bryce, Ian, & Spencer at the Glancy's ... our everyother Tuesday dinner and bath stop!

These are the expressions we get when we ask for a smile! Bryce's face is hilarious, and this is what he does as soon as he hears the word "smile"! Spencer is just too serious to smile on command!

My Birthday "Surprise"

Shawn took me to Vinalhaven, ME (island off the coast) for my birthday this year, a greatly needed get away for the two of us! This was the view from our motel room deck; the water actually goes under the motel with the tides. 

Finally ... Shawn's new toy!

Sorry this took me so long to get this picture up! Shawn's been having fun doing "timber" with the boys. Mom, of course he doesn't actually use the chain saw with the boys that close!
